How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us at support@solvanajewels.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with the instructions and return shipping label if your return is accepted. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver with 18K PVD gold coating, designed for durability, shine, and everyday wear. All pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
With proper care, Solvana Jewels are designed to resist tarnishing. We recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and water to maintain shine.

How should I clean and store my jewelry?
Wipe with a soft cloth after each wear, clean occasionally with mild soap and warm water, and store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box.

How do I find my ring size?

Yes, all Solvana Jewels come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
