How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel in real time using that link. If you did not receive tracking details, our support team will assist you promptly.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or personalised pieces may require 7–14 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not entered the shipping process, we can cancel it. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; however, you may start a return once the item is delivered.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. Simply email us with your order number.

Solvana ships worldwide, offering complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

What are the delivery times?

UK, EU, USA, and Canada: typically 7–14 business days.

Rest of the world: usually 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions.

Yes. Standard worldwide shipping is free. Express options may be available at an additional cost.

Who is responsible for customs fees?

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Most UK & EU deliveries are not affected.

What is your return window?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Which items are not eligible for return?

Custom-made or personalised pieces cannot be returned. Exceptions are made for manufacturing defects.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please send us clear photos as soon as you receive the item. We will replace it free of charge or issue a refund based on your preference.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
